Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Steele Solutions has evolved its design process to incorporate more 3D modelling tools from project inception to installation. Steel detailing software is utilized in project coordination and material planning to ensure that the visual model that is seen in the planning stages is as close to the real-life structure as possible. Steele Solutions has even gone a step further to providing models and 3D renderings for installers and site supervisors to aid in the construction efforts of the steel structures and platforms. Development and use of the tools at hand is just at the beginning stages of its full possibilities to provide a true experience for the Integrator and Owner.

Over the past few decades, we’ve designed and manufactured thousands of platform/mezzanine assemblies, so you can say we’ve seen it all. Steele Solutions’ engineering team has the knowledge and experience to provide a solution for any project in all 50 states, Canada, and beyond.
In support of the platform design and construction, Steele Solutions provides stamped and certified drawings by in-house licensed professional engineers and utilizes regional consultants that are familiar with the material handling industry when necessary. Steele Solutions’ expertise and understanding of local, regional and national building codes allows us to provide support and guidance to overcome any difficulties in the permitting and construction phases.
Steele Solutions’ design methodologies and standards, which have stayed consistent for over 25 years, have also evolved to adapt with current and future code adoptions to ensure that every project is a success while providing a safe and reliable structure for the lifetime of the platform.
